1.) Fasting for 6-8 hours.
2.) Regular food intake on the day prior to testing (avoid any manipulation in diet, as this may lead to abnormal results).
3.) Avoid un-prescribed medication.
4.) Drink an adequate amount of water.
5.) Carry medical prescription, prescribed spectacles, any previous medical or surgery notes.

3.) Minimum 4 passport size coloured photographs (maximum 6 months old).

After completion of your physical examination, necessary diagnostic tests and evaluation of results, reports should be ready within 4 to 5 hours depending on number and type of tests that are required to be done.
Examining doctor will explain to you the reasons and further course of action.
Payment is to be made depending on whether it is a self-sponsored or company-sponsored medical examination (PEME).
